Why we keep coming back to the Royal Palm Coast Realtor trade show

Fairview Lending has taken part in the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association trade show several times, and it has led to many very good connections. The show puts us in front of Realtors who are actively looking for other great vendors — lenders, title companies, builders, inspectors and insurance agents they can trust with their clients.

That matters to us. A large part of our business comes from agents who have watched us close their buyers’ loans and keep sending people our way. We appreciate every one of those referrals, and the trade show is one of the best ways to meet the next agent we will work with, face to face, instead of as a name on a pre-approval letter.

About the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association

The Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association (RPCRA) is the Fort Myers–based REALTOR® trade association for Lee and Hendry counties. It is one of the largest REALTOR® associations in Southwest Florida, with more than 9,000 members as of September 2026, and it runs the Florida Gulf Coast Multiple Listing Service (FGC MLS) that local agents use to list and search homes.

The association’s MLS data is also the source behind our own market reports. Our Cape Coral agent sales-volume rankings use Cape Coral sales data from the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association.

How most Realtors find Fairview: our Google reviews

When an agent tells us how they first heard of Fairview Lending, the answer is usually the same: our Google reviews. Most Realtors who work with us find us there first. Then they do their own research, read through the reviews and see that they come from real clients we have helped buy their first home, refinance, buy investment property and much more.

Fairview has more than 180 five-star Google reviews. You can read them in context on our Cape Coral mortgage reviews and Fort Myers mortgage reviews pages.

How to tell whether a lender’s reviews are real

Whether you are an agent choosing a lender to recommend or a buyer choosing one for yourself, these checks take a few minutes:

  • Look for specifics. Real reviews name the loan type, the situation (first home, refinance, self-employed, new construction) or the loan officer who helped.
  • Check the timeline. A long, steady history of reviews over years is a better sign than a burst of reviews in a single month.
  • Read the reviewer profiles. Reviews from local Google accounts with other reviews in the area carry more weight.
  • See how the lender responds. A lender who answers reviews — good and bad — is a lender who pays attention.
  • Verify the license. Every mortgage company and loan officer has an NMLS number. Look it up on NMLS Consumer Access before you trust anyone with a client’s financing.

Meet the loan officers who ran the booth

Sean Wilkins, NMLS #1891338, is a loan officer at Fairview Lending and the face of our Florida Mortgage Made Simple video series. He helps buyers and homeowners with purchases, refinances and construction loans across Southwest Florida.

Felix Escobar, NMLS #2524454, is a bilingual loan officer who works with clients in English and Spanish. Felix is the go-to contact for agents whose buyers are more comfortable doing business in Spanish.

Both helped set up the booth and staffed it once it was ready. If you met either of them, they would be glad to hear from you.

If your Realtor referred you to Fairview

Welcome. The fastest way to get started is a pre-approval, so your agent can write an offer with confidence. You will usually need:

  • A government-issued photo ID
  • Your most recent 30 days of pay stubs
  • Your last two years of W-2s (or tax returns if you are self-employed)
  • Your last two months of bank statements

Every file is different, and your loan officer will tell you if anything else is needed. Start your pre-approval, or read how to get a mortgage in Cape Coral first.

Thank you to the Realtors who trust us with their clients

To every agent who stopped by the booth, and to every Realtor who has sent us a client over the years: thank you. Your referrals are a big part of why Fairview has been able to serve Southwest Florida for 20 years. If we did not get a chance to meet at the trade show, see how we work with Realtors or call our Cape Coral office at (239) 829-1543.
