This is to give you notice that Fairview Lending Inc has a business relationship with Priceless Realty, Inc., Sunset Integrity Title, LLC and Lauren Homes, Inc., as described above. Because of these relationships, a referral from one of these companies to another may provide the companies and their owners a financial or other benefit.
You are NOT required to use any of these companies as a condition of obtaining a mortgage loan from Fairview Lending, or as a condition of buying, selling, listing or building a home with any of the other companies.
THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE SERVICES.
If you are referred from one affiliated company to another for a settlement service, you will receive a written Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement, including the nature of the relationship and an estimate of the charges, at or before the time of the referral. No one is paid a fee for referring you between these companies.
Priceless Realty, Inc.
Priceless Realty, Inc. is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage based at 1425 Del Prado Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33990. Priceless Realty and Fairview Lending are under common ownership.
- If a Priceless Realty agent refers you to Fairview Lending, you are not required to finance with Fairview Lending in order to buy, sell or list a home with Priceless Realty.
- If Fairview Lending refers you to Priceless Realty, you are not required to use Priceless Realty in order to get a loan from Fairview Lending. You may work with any real estate agent you choose.
- Priceless Realty is a real estate brokerage and does not make loans. Fairview Lending does not provide real estate brokerage services.
Sunset Integrity Title, LLC
Sunset Integrity Title, LLC provides title searches, title insurance, escrow and closing services from offices across Southwest Florida. The owners of Fairview Lending and Priceless Realty have an ownership interest in Sunset Integrity Title.
- You are not required to use Sunset Integrity Title as a condition of your loan with Fairview Lending. You may choose any qualified title agent, and in most Florida purchases your sales contract determines who selects the title agent.
- If you are referred to Sunset Integrity Title, you will receive Sunset’s written Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement, including the ownership interest and an estimate of its charges, at or before the time of referral.
- Your Loan Estimate lists title services you can shop for. Choosing a different provider for those services is always your right.
Lauren Homes, Inc.
Lauren Homes, Inc. is a custom home builder (Florida Certified Residential Contractor CRC1331621) that builds on owners’ lots in Lee, Charlotte and Collier counties. Lauren Homes and Fairview Lending are under common ownership.
- If you build with Lauren Homes, you are not required to finance your home or construction loan with Fairview Lending. You may use any lender you choose.
- If you finance with Fairview Lending, you are not required to build with Lauren Homes. Fairview Lending finances homes built by many licensed builders.
